IMPORTANT NOTICE: ALL VENDORS WHO REGISTERED PRIOR TO June 20, 2013. You have already been uploaded and are active in the e-Procurement Center but, you will need to re-select your Commodity Codes. Please see the below link “how-to” for assistance (login is above

a. If you do not re-select Commodity Codes, you will be registered as a vendor but will not receive email notifications when a bid is posted.

b. To sign into the new e-Procurement Center your user name will now be your 1st initial and last name, followed by your current password.

If you have registered as a vendor after June 20, 2013, you will need to re-register as a vendor in the new system. The following link will bring you to the e-Procurement Center How-To guide.

Note: Once you register as a NEW vendor you will need to ACTIVATE YOUR ACCOUNT. You will be sent an email with a link that you can cut-and-paste into your browser to activate your account. If you do not activate your account, you will not receive email notifications or be able to sign in to view active bids.

SECOND: Download and complete IRS Form W-9. No payment will be authorized if the Facilities Director does not have a copy of the Vendor's W-9 on file. Mail the completed form to:
