PHYSICAL EDUCATION & HEALTH OVERVIEW

The students must wear athletic shoes (sneakers) in PE class. On the days your child has P.E. He or she should wear clothing appropriate for the call, i.e. loose fitting sweat suit. This will allow the student to be the most comfortable and therefore most productive in class.

Besides engaging in “regular” sports and games, exercises that increase the student’s overall physical fitness will be done during each class. These Age Appropriate activities will increase the student’s flexibility and cardiovascular fitness.

I am looking forward to a fun and productive school year. At all times, your questions and suggestions are welcome and I am sure your cooperation can be counted on.
